2017 KTM RC 390 and RC 200 Launched in India
Today, 19th January, 2017, a KTM motorcycle has launched the refreshed variant of the KTM RC series of models on sale. This includes new graphics style and power increase in the KTM RC 390 and RC 200.
The new 2017 KTM RC 200 has been launched at a price of Rs 1.71 lakhs. While the 2017 KTM RC 390 has been launched at Rs 2.25 lakhs. (Note: all prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
This is the first major upgrade for the RC series of models in India. And the new bikes now come with a new livery, bolder styling, and a host of new equipment.
KTM RC 390:
In the terms of styling, the new 2017 KTM RC 390 comes with a slightly tweaked design that further enhances its geometric lines.
The fairing now comes with an 2017 RC 390 badge and the orange trellis frame extends up to the rear seat. The ABS sensor has been re-positioned and the new meter gets new features.
The front alloy is a bit wider and the front brake pad is sintered. The new 2017 RC 390 also gets a new Bosch fuel pump with changed fuel pump pressure. Vibrations are reduced by more rubber mounts on the fairing.
KTM RC 200:
On another hand, the new RC 200 misses out on the new side-mounted exhaust but also gets new body graphics, which are a combination of white and orange.
The KTM motorcycle also said that they have plans to update the Duke model range in India in 2017.
