Dangal: Aamir Khan to Seek Tax Free Status for His Upcoming Movie
Recently, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is gearing up for his upcoming movie Dangal. He has said that, he plans to apply for tax free status for Dangal.

In Dangal movie event, Aamir Khan said that, “I think Dangal falls in the line of tax exemption. We will be applying for tax exemption, but I am not someone to decide on that.
It will be the decision of each state government. We will try to make it happen before the release, but it is a process. It may or may not happen.”
Also Aamir Khan has not promoted his films on Super Star Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss so far and he’s not going to start now. He said that, “I am not going on television to promote the film. We will have trailer and promo of our film.”
Aamir Khan’s upcoming movie Dangal is the story of Haryana-based wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, who trained his daughters Geeta and Babita to become wrestlers.
In Dangal movie event, reporters asked Aamir Khan he is expecting U or U/A certificate for Dangal. Then Aamir said that, “It’s a universal film, it is about children, kids, it’s the story of a family. Ours will be more of a family film I think it will be a U film.”
On Monday, 28th November, 2016, Aamir Khan said that, “Dear Zindagi’s performance at the box office made him hopeful that the currency ban would not affect Dangal’s ticket sales.
He added that, “I believe Dear Zindagi is doing quite well. Hopefully I think it will not affect our film.”
The Nitesh Tiwari directed biographical sports drama film will release on 23rd December, 2016.
