Jayalalithaa Passes Away: Yesterday, 5th November, 2016, Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa had passed away in Apollo hospital. According to reports, Apollo hospital confirmed that the AIADMK supremo had breathed her last yesterday at 11:30 o’clock.
Previously, Apollo hospital denied reporters that Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa passed away on Monday, 5th November, 2016 evening. The Apollo hospital announced that Indian actor Jayalalithaa passed away yesterday at 11:30 o’clock.

According to Apollo hospital statement, “It is with indescribable grief that we announce the sad demise of esteemed Tamil Nadu CM”. After announcement, Jayalalithaa body was moved taken to her residence at Poes Garden in an ambulance.
AIADMK official tweeted that,
“There was heavy presence of police personnel outside her residence and on all the roads leading to it. Jayalalithaa’s body will be kept at Rajaji Hall for the public to pay their last respects”.
Today, 6th November, 2016, our president Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi are expected to arrive in Chennai for the last rites.
School and Colleges to Remain Close for 3 Days in Tamil Nadu:
According to the state government announcement there is seven days of mourning. And school and colleges set to be closed down for three days in Tamil Nadu.
PM Narendra Modi has paid their rich tribute to the departed leader of the party and express his sadness over her death. He said that, “Demise has left a huge void in Indian politics”.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi have also pay their tribute and said that she would be sorely missed.West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal were also among those who paid their respects to Tami Nadu CM.
Indian politician Jayalalithaa was admitted to Apollo on 22nd September, 2016. She spent 75 days at the Apollo hospital, where she was regularly monitored by a team of specialists.
